Funnily enough, it works as a reverse of Ultraman where Shin Hayata took on the form of a veritable Giant of Light to protect the Earth. Here a Giant of Light has taken on human (Lilin) form to doom the Earth.

	089	MISATO:“Shinji still hasn't returned either.”	Dr. Nick: Didn't Int Division 2 inform Misato that Asuka is hospitalized in a comatose state? Seems like a big deal. UrsusArctos: I think she wanted to look at Asuka's empty room just so she could remember the time Asuka was around. She misses her.
