Yui Ikari is the mother of Shinji Ikari and the wife of Gendo Ikari. She is also the daughter of a prominent member of Seele -- and consequently a member herself -- and a brilliant bioengineer specializing in the field of Metaphysical Biology, who worked for Project E at Gehirn in Hakone, Japan. She volunteered herself as the test subject for the Contact Experiment with Evangelion Unit-01, where her soul became one with the Eva and her body disappeared. Shinji witnessed this incident, and this along with his subsequent abandonment by Gendo lead to many of his mental problems. The attempts to recover Yui from Eva-01 lead to the creation of Rei Ayanami.
- Yui wanted to become a green-eyed monster, that's why Gendo couldn't get her out
- Elaborate somewhat on mysterioso dialogue with Fuyutsuki, how Yui was possibly blacklisted, whatever was motivating her to do the CE in the first place
- Yui's incomprehensible agenda (in brief - design all this to point to a conveniently- and intuitively-named T&A page)
- Yui as a character (Saint Yui, our source of aspiration), some of her character relationships
- Linkage between Yui and Eva-incarnation
