Golgotha Base

Golgotha Base　(ゴルゴタベース, Gorugota Bēsu) is a branch of Nerv in the Rebuild continuity.

Nothing is known about it so far except that it built the dummy system (DMYSYS) and sent it to Nerv Headquarters within an "ultra-secret sealed module". "Golgotha" is a reference to the site where Jesus Christ was crucified, "the place of the skull".
