Theory: The Endings are contradictory, but they both happened

So help me, I LOLed. I LOLed long and hard. :P And I thought fans mistakenly thinking of EoTV as a bad end (on it's own) was bad enough! --Sailor Star Dust 01:12, 2 September 2007 (EDT)

Purpose?

What exactly is this particular page for? Of the two entries currently on it, Mr. Oldman's theory seems to have escaped from "Radioactive Waste". And if we start collecting random Youtube links here, things are going to get spammy really soon, because a) there's PLENTY of Tube-crud out there, and b), people find different things lulzy. --Dr. Nick 16:28, 3 September 2007 (EDT)

I made it so that we could copy-paste random (mostly) forum crap onto it. You know how we wanted to archive forum humor/idiocy, right? That's what I had in mind. Just that it would be EoE-specific stuff.
Jimbo thought an outline I prepared for the 26' summary was funny, but he never dumped that here, for some reason. --Reichu 16:54, 3 September 2007 (EDT)
"Radioactive Waste" is for discredited theories by long time Anime Nation or Eva Monkey denizens, so it's not quite the same thing as a page for far out theories that would automatically make veterens cringe. I do wonder about "Neon Menaces", however. Wouldn't it be better suited to the "Fan Parodies" section? --thewayneiac Sept. 03, 2007 18:57 EDT.
That seems like a horribly elitist attitude. How do you define a "long time denizen"? How big does one's post count have to be for one's theories to be eligible for the additional shame and ridicule brought on by the Radioactive Waste page? We should rate ideas, not people. --Dr. Nick 14:25, 8 September 2007 (EDT)

Perhaps I phrased it badly? The Radioactive waste page is for theories that seemed good at the time, but we would later come to regret. Most of them are neccessarily by forum veterans, because they come up with most of the theories. Lulz are theories that would have always made those same people cringe; things that make one say, "Oh Brother!" In no way did I mean to imply that the Radioactive Waste page is somehow intended to ridicule anyone. After all, these same veterans are largely responsible for Eva theory as we know it today. I know that they are not ridiculous people. I intended it to be be a place where we could laugh at ourselves. Remember, I bought into some of these theories myself. --thewayneiac Sept. 08, 2007 18:03 EDT.
