Lilith's Chamber is a giant void deep below the Geofront, inside the Black Moon, which houses the Second Angel Lilith.

Prior to the events of Near Third Impact, The chamber lay below another vast organic looking chamber. Lilith lay pinned to a huge red cross, very similar to the one seen in NGE.

Evangelion 3.0

Following the Events of Third Impact, Lilith's chamber is now strewn with skulls, and the walls are coated with frozen Failures of Infinity. Access via the main shaft has been block by a huge barrier.

Wille have managed to sneak down a crevice to a point just outside the chamber, and have even stowed supplies inside. After Eva-13 breaks through the barrier, the wall is blasted open allowing Eva-02' to enter the chamber.
