After retooling this article a bit, I think it would be better to call it "Chamber of Guf". The doors are a pretty secondary concept. If it's obvious that the article is first and foremost about the CoG, I could probably make the text a little less stilted. --Reichu 03:12, 3 February 2011 (UTC)

Wouldn't posting an external link to the CoG Wiki article be most useful? Then perhaps a disclaimer that while NGE borrows it form an actual Religious term it is not used in a religious way in the series? --Eva Yojimbo 10:59, 19 August 2007 (EDT)

That's something for an article covering the relationship between NGE and its religious references, methinks.

Including some stuff on the origins of the term is requisite, since it's needed to establish what the CoG is in the show. Wikipedia wouldn't count as an actual resource in that case. Any links to it would be only provisional at best.

Whatever I've done is probably just provisional I'm sure, but if anyone wants to expand it those two links might be helpful. I really don't like the look of the page right now.
