Hey, how do we change those links on the left nav-bar? Most of those are, like, things we're never going to use. I want to put "About" and "Volunteering" there, and stuff!

Also, reiterating the observation that the Wiki-thing should be called "The NGE Fan-Geeks Project".

Is this thing going to be moved once it's ready for the public so that it's the homepage of the actual domain name? (Hope that actually make an iota of sense.) --Reichu 21:16, 31 July 2007 (EDT)

"Oh, who am we kidding. No one is going to make a single unit of any known currency on this site.--Reichu" *cough* *cough* The People's Guide to Middle-earth....--V 09:13, 6 August 2007 (EDT)

Geeky Guides, of course, will be where we put the Geektionary. (: --thewayneiac Aug. 15, 2007 18:52 EDT.

Am I the only one who doesn't get the "We know what you're thinking... Don't" under "Encyclopedia"?--Eva Yojimbo 10:57, 18 August 2007 (EDT)
Probably not. I'll get rid of it. --Reichu 14:40, 18 August 2007 (EDT)

Site Notice

I don't remember where the Site Notice page is, but can we please get rid of this? --Reichu 14:21, 30 December 2007 (PST)

MediaWiki:Sitenotice. By Reichu's command. --V 17:58, 30 December 2007 (PST)

Is it just Internet Explorer freaking out, or has the Logo in the upper left corner vanished? --thewayneiac 18:41 EDT. April 12, 2009

It's gone. --UrsusArctos 18:10, 12 April 2009 (PDT)
I always thought the logo we had was inadequete, but that blank space is even worse. We should at least put Sensei there.

He's always been my first choice for a logo. --thewayneiac 20:34 EDT. April 15, 2009

Major Update

I've updated the main page to use the Laptop nav system. I've moved some of the older main page material here as a reference for what the new system should at least attempt to replicate. ObsessiveMathsFreak 02:32, 3 April 2010 (UTC)

Local Stuff

Devoted to various other subsets of local content. Everything is a bit on the messy side, sometimes embarrassingly so. ^_^; We're always looking for fellow fans eager to help iron out all the gaps and kinks.

To be an extensive collection of articles on everything you can shake a can of Yebichu at. Please excuse the mess.
Not quite "encyclopedic", these are devoted entirely to ... well, guess. The section still needs to find its feet.
Compilations of various information, oftentimes informal and overly pedantic. Proceed with CAUNTION.
Translations of "official materials", statements from NGE staff, stuff of that ilk.
Everything else.
For discussion of (almost!) everything Evangelion, and serves as an open venue for local projects in addition. A direct continuation of the forum once hosted at It also contains an archive of selected threads that have since been purged from AnimeNation's Evangelion subforum.

Sign up thread

The link could be much more specific, such as pointing to rather than the whole dang sub-forum. I would edit, but it's locked... --Gwern (contribs) 15:21 5 October 2010 (GMT)

Asuka Disambiguation

I made an Asuka Langley disambiguation page, because I noticed that the link on the front page of the wiki goes only to the original series' Asuka, and you have to navigate to near the botton of the page to navigate to the Rebuild Asuka page. It would be easier if there is a disambiguation page with general information on Asuka, that leads to each of the pages regarding series/rebuild specifics and more in-depth information, in my opinion. Please let me know what you think of this idea, it's more congruent with the pages of the other characters in my opinion.

EDIT: I am polishing up the references on the disambiguation page, and would still like some input. Please feel free to critique the page, hopefully we can improve the front page with this.
