Sorry about that. Heh. ^_^; My points aren't quite in order, but here they are:

I addressed some of these concerns. - Wayne

• "It closely resembles a Russian Soyuz space capsule, but as there is no known reason why it should be one, it's probably something else." Aside from the bad grammar: who's to say why it SHOULDN'T be a Soyuz? (Article also forgets to mention the guy in the parka. Which, admittedly, I myself did.)

Removed the doubt.

• "This seems to be a drawing of sunflowers." I really, REALLY doubt it. Reminds me of something magnetic-al, for no apparent reason.

I see sunflowers, and it seemed to be the concensus on the thread where this was originally discussed.

• "These men closely resemble the American, French, and British Seele comitteemen." Does the wording need to be this tentative?

Removed the doubt.

• "some people see the blob in the lower right corner as a woman in an ankle length skirt." I doubt they've seen the cut in motion, then. This claim seems to be mixing the contours of the Rei up with the superimposed image.

Made this sound a lot less certain.

• "It seems to be a group of men in heavy overcoats or parkas trudging through the snow. Perhaps it is investigators heading for the sight of second Impact." Heading to the site of Second Impact on FOOT? Since it's a giant hole in a continent that's been completely flooded over, something about this doesn't sound quite right.

Changed "heading for the sight of Second Impact" to "investigating Second Impact".

• "This image shows a bearded man, but he doesn't seem to be Gendo. In fact, he looks more like Lincoln than anyone else." Why is Lincoln even mentioned?

Because he looks like Lincoln.

• "1. It's Misato's escape capsule." The thing in the image doesn't look even remotely like the escape capsule.

Made this sound a lot more doubtful.

• "2. As we know that Second Impact scattered Adam's embryonic children about the world to begin their incubation period," We technically don't know this.

Re-phrased with the weasel-word "likely".

• "it might be an egg-case containing an Angel (or the Adam Embryo itself, or even Kaworu.)" My own proposal was that it was the two of them attached, since there appear to be two connected "bodies" visible in the photo.

Added the notion that it might be twin eggs.

Some other things:

• I miss the overall table layout from the original (http://www.evacommentary.org/episode-23/23_reiquarium.html here). It looked a lot more organized and accessible, IMO.

Added the collumn for dialogue. The reason that the original had a cut# collumn was that it was presented as a "supplemental commentary". This collumn is probably not needed in a full-fledged Wiki article.

• The constant mention "there's no clean version for this one, either" is pointless. There just needs to be a note at the beginning that a small handful of the images have clean versions presented in the full OP, or wherever, and that these will be included for comparison purposes.

Done.

• I don't think the full OP (etc.) images should be presented in a new row beneath the originals. They can just be inserted a couple of lines below, in the same box.

Done.

• "The Tank Images" is an unsatisfactory title, in my opinion. It needs something a little more descriptive (and that doesn't start with "The", since this messes up alphabetical listings). Obviously we can't call the page "Reiquarium Images", but we can definitely improve upon the existing title.

I'll give a new title some thought.

OK, how about Episode 23' Reiquarium Images, or Analysis of the Episode 23' Reiquarium Images ?

• The newspaper article image is a composite made from episode 21.

I've omitted naming the sources of the clean images from the current version.

Yui saying bye to Gendo?

Is that really Gendo that she's talking to? She appears to be talking to a group of technicians/ support staff, one of whom has glasses. That doesn't need to be Gendo at all, and neither his clothing nor his appearance looks right. (I'll check on what Glasses he was wearing back then.) --UrsusArctos 05:36, 13 December 2008 (PST)
