Dide Eva-04 use Shamshel's S2 Engine? I thought Shamshel's S2 Engine was destroyed, and Eva-04's was an artificial one made using information learned from Shamshel's S2 Engine.--V 22:16, 28 December 2007 (PST)

I believe they used the term "Restored S2 Engine" and that the only sample of the S2 Engine was lost. That would make it Shamshel's S2. I need to watch e17 again to find the exact quotes, but from what I understand the recovered S2 had been damaged or degraded and they had to patch it up.--UrsusArctos 16:00, 29 December 2007 (PST)

Err.... there's a load of really unnecessary information in this, I think. It's overly comprehensive to the point where it's almost an article on Unit 03 and Unit 04 at once. I'm going to look at trimming it down abit and make it more relevant to 04 herself. Also, doesn't it get Piloted by Kensuke in some Spin-Offs... I'm especially mindful of a piece of artwork that show Hikari in Unit 05, Touji in 03 and Kensuke in 04 at once... I'll check this and add it if it's right. -- Dartz20:22, 18 July 2008

Dartz, please make it Eva-04 and not "Unit 04". Eva-04 is the convention we all follow. This should help. http://evageeks.org/FGP/FGP:Standards_and_Conventions#Eva_Designations --UrsusArctos 18:17, 18 June 2008 (PDT)

And what official materials show that Kensuke is the pilot? Can you give us a source, please? --UrsusArctos 18:24, 18 June 2008 (PDT)

I'm nearly sure it was Angelic Days 2. The article itself specifically lists him as a pilot of 'an' Evangelion anyway. Same with Wikipedia. If anybody actually has the manga to hand, they can check this for me, but I'm pretty sure... pretty. Also, the Evangelion Battle Orchestra game. Er...and the Eva-04, Unit-04 thing is a holdover from my fanficcing which I was writting concurrently with the text for the article.... -- Dartz 19:00, 19 July 2008

Erm... Does the "EMARGENCY" template really apply anymore? I've looked over the article and haven't seen any spelling or grammar errors, although if there were any glaring terminology problems, I might not notice. SOSBrigadier 16:06, 1 October 2011 (UTC)
