Tensai Okamura

Tensai Okamura (岡村 天斎), born as Yutaka Okamura (岡村 豊), was the director and storyboard artist for Episode 13 of the Evangelion TV Series. Okamura was also a director, storyboard artist and key animator in other works such as Cowboy Bebop, Rahxephon, Full Metal Panic, Ghost in the Shell, and Wolf's Rain.
