Sparkly Rebuild Lilith?

Is it just me, or do a whole lot of white, firefly-like sparks appear around Lilith when she's seen at the end of 2.0? I see Eva-06 descending along with a whole lot of those things floating around too... --UrsusArctos 07:02, 2 March 2011 (UTC)

Relationship Between Lilith and EVA-01

Re: "The Evangelion Units were created by making clones of Adam, with the exception of Evangelion Unit-01. <snip>" -- Even the translation of bunshin as "clone" is contentious. The most that can be mentioned here are neutral facts and observations (Lilith was used to create EVA-01, EVA-01 able to serve as a substitute for Lilith in 3I, etc.) and a statement that the exact nature of their relationship is a matter of contention. The details and various arguments/theories would be dealt with in the T&A pages (first-tier and second-tier). --Reichu 08:00, 31 July 2007 (EDT)

Yes, I was confused about this myself; I was just throwing up material to try to get something up there. Should work in the uncertainty stuff. --V 11:39, 31 July 2007 (EDT)

Blood?

A line of what appears to be red liquid seems to be running down the cross in the middle of the flow of LCL which is also pouring down it. It visually appears to be coming from Lilith's crotch, and may be interpreted as that Lilith is constantly menstruating on the cross. This is confusing, however, as Lilith's blood is LCL (which is orange), thus it is not clear why it would be menstruating red blood.

That 'red liquid' looks more like a parting in the dripping LCL. If you look closely at the picture of Lilith posted on her page, the red line doesn't extend all the way to her crotch, but appears just below it, implying the LCL is branching off into two different streams and the red section is just the exposed portion of her cross. Even when you look at some of the older pictures, before she grows her legs, it looks like the 'red line' appears below the crotch area, swaying off to the side, not entirely lined up. Has this been discussed before? I think it's misinformation. --MugwumpHasNoLiver 16:03, 18 August 2009 (EDT)

I've always thought of that as a parting and not a separate stream of red. The whole article needs to be cleaned up, badly. --UrsusArctos 07:30, 19 August 2009 (PDT)

Lilith's mask / Seele symbol

"Then I saw a Lamb, looking as if it had been slain, standing in the center of the throne, encircled by the four living creatures and the elders. He had seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God sent out into all the earth." (Revelation 5:6, NIV)

I think it interesting that the eyes are often considered the "window to the soul". There seems to be some implication that the seven eyes send spirits out into the world. The "seven spirits of God" can also be translated as "sevenfold spirit of God", so I imagine this is God's own essence, so to speak. Could this be a reference to Lilith being the source of so much deliciousness in the world? --O-chan 12:29, 21 August 2009 (PDT)
