Two Cores or One?

So far, we've never seen anything like two cores fusing or separating. No matter what crazy things Eva-01 does in EoE, there's nothing to show that cores fuse and separate like that. Instead of considering Israfel as a special case, why not show the one shot of Israfel with a single core (That too, with a very suspicious bar running across it) either as an animation error or Israfel hiding one of the cores? Reichu, what does the original genga for the scene say about the cores?--UrsusArctos 02:46, 26 August 2007 (EDT)

Genga are just key frame animation drawings. I tend to use it because it's helluva shorter. I'm not sure what you're thinking of.

and two cores that are heading towards each other after Alpha and Beta fuse once more. Image:09 C354C,355 isra-fuse.gif

Thanks for the images, now I see! That CHEAT! I agree with you, I go with Sadamoto's Israfel this time! --UrsusArctos 21:26, 26 August 2007 (EDT)
