	259C	FUYUTSUKI (OFF):“That may be, but using the Lance of Longinus without Seele's permission will be troublesome.”	Going back to episode 14, Lilith being skewered is something that Seele wants. And since the Spear is an inhibitor device, it makes sense that Lilith regenerates after it's removed. But an open question remains, why hadn't she regenerated more before the Spear was inserted? Why would an inhibitor device charge her battery so to speak?
