RITSUKO:“It’s taking the S2 engine into itself?”	UrsusArctos: Despite all the animalistic behavior on display, Yui knew exactly what she was doing. Dr. Nick: It's interesting to ponder whether Yui is being opportunistic here, or if she planned to consume an Angel's S2 organ at some point to begin with and simply picked Zeruel because it was a super strong Angel. Knowing what we know of Yui, I lean towards the latter option.
