After all, that's the pride of the U.N. forces, the full-scale aircraft carrier...” SE <<Sound of the helicopter - Bakbakbakbakbak>>	UrsusArctos: Lovely overhead shot showing the ships in a parade formation, designed to impress anyone taking photographs or video - in this case, Kensuke. Of course, out in the open ocean they wouldn't be cruising this close to one another, that would bring a serious risk of collision and overly concentrate naval assets that are meant to function dispersed from one another kilometers apart. (Even from an in-universe perspective, it puts them at increased risk of damage. It'd take just one N2 mine, for instance, to wipe them all out). I wouldn't be surprised if this idiotically dense formation made things worse when the inevitable Angel-related mayhem began.
