	079	TOJI:“Nah. He's the one who came up with this.” KENSUKE:“That's right! I, Kensuke Aida was the planner! Kensuke Aida!”	UrsusArctos: Leave it to the military nerd to get this enthusiastic about a military promotion! All the kids have plainly come straight from school, but only Asuka's changed into her yellow sundress - Shinji remains in uniform even though he could easily take a couple of minutes to change into something more casual and party-appropriate.
	080	MISATO (OFF):“Thank you, Aida.” KENSUKE (OFF):“Oh, no, all I did”
	081	KENSUKE:“was what anybody would have done!” TOJI:“But why's the class rep here?”
	082	ASUKA:“Because I invited her. Right?”	Mr. Tines: Last time, Hikari turned up out of obligation to a newcomer to class; now Asuka is one taking the initiative to invite her. This development happened sometime off-screen. UrsusArctos: Last time, Hikari was the one who played with Pen-Pen, and true to form, she's with him again.
	083	MISATO (OFF):“What about Rei?” ASUKA (OFF):“Of course I invited her, but that girl's unsociable. Man, Mr. Kaji's so late.” HIKARI (OFF):“Is Mr. Kaji really that cool?” ASUKA (OFF):“Totally! He's so much better than these dorks that it's like night and day. It's an insult to compare him to them.” TOJI (OFF):“What'd ya say?! Let's hear that again!” MISATO (OFF):“Is it still difficult for you”
	084	MISATO:“to be in this kind of situation?” SHINJI:“I'm okay.”
	085	SHINJI:“I'm just not used to being with so many people.”	UrsusArctos: You do mean outside of class, don't you? And is that why you're still in uniform? Are you trying to pretend it's the one occasion - school - where you're surrounded by people? Sheesh, kid, you need to let go...

	087	SHINJI:“have to be so noisy?”	Frogatr: I agree, If you listen to the chatter, it sounds like Pen Pen is having an awful time.

	090	MISATO:“Yeah, I suppose.”
	091	SHINJI:“That's why they're happy. But it doesn't make you happy?” MISATO:“Oh, it's not like I'm not happy. I am, a little. But that's not the reason I work here.” SHINJI:“Then why did you join Nerv?”
	092	MISATO:“Well, it's been so long that I forgot.” TEXT:“Congrats Major”	Zusuchan: A statement that is a pretty blatant lie. I do quite like this conversation-it adds depth to Misato and shows how both she and Shinji are to a degree distanced from the "normal" people. dzzthink: Yes, they are reflections of each other in more ways than one. Misato sure is kind to dote on Shinji at this moment.
	093	ASUKA:“That's got to be Mr. Kaji!”	UrsusArctos: That choker/ribbon thingy around her neck wasn't there in Cut 082. And post Evangelion 3.0 it just seems ghastly inappropriate.
	094	KAJI:“I came directly from HQ. We just happened to meet on the way.”	UrsusArctos: Well, these two have no trouble looking cool and casual! The orange-and-black combo on Kaji somehow makes him look younger than 29.
	095	ASUKA & MISATO:“That's rather suspicious.”
	096	RITSUKO:“Oh, are you jealous?” MISATO:“As if.”
	097	KAJI:“Anyway, I'd like to offer my congratulations, Major Katsuragi. I guess I can't gripe to you anymore.”
	098	MISATO:“What are you trying to say, you jerk?”
	099	KAJI:“But anyway, it's unprecedented for both the Commander and vice Commander to leave Japan together. That just shows how they trust you to hold down the fort while they're gone.”
	100	SHINJI:“My father's not here?”
	101	RITSUKO:“Commander Ikari is at the South Pole right now.”
