@V: Making the intro (the text that follows the "top text") huge has the effect of making the intro stick out, instead of the bit that proceeds it... By "stick out", I mainly thought it would be nice if the "top text" were boxed in or something -- kind of "floating above" the page, instead of being "part of it". But my current knowledge of MediaWiki is, shall we say, LIMITED.

Easiest thing to do would probably be to eliminate what motivated that blurb of text in the first place. --Reichu
