If I remember right, that three-eye arrangement was on the turrets of some of the Neo-Atlantis vehicles in Nadia which is the most likely reference to it (although there are other three-eyes from the same era, like the Pfhor from Bungie's Marathon). Like the previous face, the new face has a slight beak at the bottom.
