Ikari Shinji is the pilot of Evangelion Unit-01.
Past
Lost his mother Ikari Yui at a young age. Then abandoned by his father Ikari Gendo.
Tokyo 3
Pilots Unit-01 against the Angels. Lives intially with Katsuragi Misato; they are later joined by Sohryu Asuka Langley.
