"The location of Zeruel's S2 engine is slightly difficult to ascertain": See images 3 to 5. --Reichu 14:59, 18 August 2007 (EDT)

The problem with that image is that it is 2D, that it is essentially "flat". I can't see where Eva-01's head and shoulders are actually positioned with respect to the Angel's flattened and slashed body. It's the same thing as the cardboard fairy photograph that everyone thought was real. Sho might be eating the core, or she might be eating at a spot above the core. Besides, when have you seen an Angel's core turn fleshy? All Angel cores are hard and crystalline; they crack when struck with a prog knife. Sho's core is undamaged even after Zer puts the toilet paper to use on it. There's no way an Eva can eat an intact core, certainly not when the chunks of flesh are ragged, meaty, and contain bits of Zer's skin color.
Add to that, Zer's core is undamaged as well. If it had been cracked or sliced to expose anything softer inside, Zer wouldn't be alive to try a last-ditch shot at Sho. Only two instances of a core turning flexible or anything different from a very hard sphere are with Zero and Sho- Zero during the fusion with Armisael, Sho during Third Impact, both during exceedingly crazy circumstances not present here. And doesn't Sho bite Zer's face as well, the only part of Zer that we actually see her eating?
I still say that S2=/= Core. I might be as wrong as whoever thought that Naoko was in Eva-00, but I don't mind being wrong if I've been convinced where the damn thing goes. (I have other things to say about Shamshel and the Evas, but that's for later)--UrsusArctos 21:14, 18 August 2007 (EDT)
The S2 is inside the core. No one ever said that they were the same thing.
"And doesn't Sho bite Zer's face as well, the only part of Zer that we actually see her eating?": The last part she eats. Yui seems to be sticking her head inside Zeruel's core when Ritsuko starts ranting about S2 Engines. --Reichu 01:00, 25 August 2007 (EDT)

Zeruel pics

Ursus, why did you put the montage box of Zeruel pics here? Isn't this the wrong page? --Reichu 07:36, 10 May 2009 (PDT)

Aargh. I had both the Zeruel and Episode 19 windows open at the same time, and I edited the wrong one. Fixing it.--UrsusArctos 17:44, 10 May 2009 (PDT)
Can't believe I mixed up the Zer and Episode 19 pages...anyway, that's fixed. --UrsusArctos 17:46, 10 May 2009 (PDT)
