  • Can anyone justify "It responds to Rei's feelings for Shinji by generating a Rei (from the waist up) on its "free" end and attempting to fuse with Eva-01 as well"? Without a reference, it seems a bit fanwanked. --Nomis1242 14:18, 11 March 2011 (UTC)
I guess you can remove the "responds to Rei's feelings" part if you really want. I think I extrapolated it from Rei -- who is interfaced with Armisael -- saying, "Is this my heart wanting to be one with Ikari-kun?" or whatever it was. The whole question of why Armisael does all of that is floating out there in the ether any which way. --Reichu 18:51, 11 March 2011 (UTC)
Thanks, I've moved it to Notes and added a qualifier. Feel free to change it, it could be improved.
Also, can you please explain the structure of the page? Is Profile meant to be an Executive Summary kind of section? If so, I'd like to add how the Armisael is defeated, Profile kinda stops halfway through the battle.
"Profile" is supposed to be an 'executive summary' sort of thing that focuses on the Angel's features and quirks; "Battle" details the encounter and defeat. It stops halfway because nobody ever fully incorporated the DC additions into the article proper (you can see them dumped under "Notes", which is NOT where they should be; hence the template). The article is a mess in that regard. I started expanding the Profile section, but never finished. --Reichu 01:08, 14 March 2011 (UTC)

"Director's Cut" stuff doesn't belong separately. Should be all integrated as one. "Treat the OA as if it does not exist." --Reichu 15:01, 18 August 2007 (EDT)

Well on the one hand I was aware of that, on the other I wanted a way of saying "these are thing that it does in the "official final version" that it didn't originally do. Hmm....Well you see the only three Angels affected by the Director's cut changes are Arael, Armisael, and Tabris. Arael wasn't drastically changed (the internal Asuka stuff was but that doesn't drastically change what Arael did). Kaworu is of course a whole knew can of worms. --V
