Reichu: Have you noticed how they tend to juxtapose Misato's promise with scenes of violence? The above animation of EVA-01 thrusting the Prog Knife forward is different from what we see in the actual episode, in that the material covering her hands is intact. The Jikai Yokoku version will be recycled for Shinji's "Grr! Father is the Enemy!" mind trip in episode #20.
