I wouldn't include "Death & Rebirth" as an entity. It's been effectively purged from the "definitive" NGE release -- i.e., Rebirth exists as a relic of release/production history. Probably Death & Rebirth should get a "disambiguation" page, Rebirth should get a brief page to itself, and Death get a more expansive page to itself -- but only the latter should go into the episode list template. --Reichu 17:15, 16 August 2007 (EDT)
