Some interpolation with Google Earth

Using a copy of the scanned map, I went about making measurements using Google Earth, overlaying the map on the Ubako/Segokuhara portion, and found a few things:

Tokyo-3: perimeter - 14.10km / area - 7.58sq. km. Geofront: radius - 3.25km / perimeter - 20.7km / area - 33.34km

Due to the resolution of the overlay map, note that these are rough figures for both areas. ---soul.assassin 19:35, 27 November 2011 (UTC)
