Has any theorization related to the "sequel theory" (if it could really be called a theory) actually been done this extensively outside of the Wiki anywhere? I mostly just see people point at things like Red Earth, lunar blood splotches, white outlines, and cryptic Kaworu dialogue and go, "ZOMG REBUILDZA SEQUEL!!!!1111"

I've also never seen the Ramiel thing before in any form whatsoever and I don't think this kind of "untested theory pluggin'" belongs on the Wiki... (Although I'm sure it's all over the place and yet to suffer the hickory switch.) --Reichu 19:39, 21 January 2008 (PST)

It's on the forum, part of my "Kaworu as John the Baptist" theory...sorry, I've gotta rush now, or I'd provide the link. "Kaworu Baptist" should do for a search term.

I wrote the "Rebuild as Sequel" theory writeup. I based it on the widespread discussion in the forums. I have tried to explain it to the best of my ability, and as I am an "evil genius", yes the write-up I created here is more thorough than anything else on the internet; it hasn't been done this extensively outside of the wiki. Just because its what I wrote doesn't mean its what I think is "best", and I really hope it gets some good tweakage. Nonetheless, you can see that it is more or less trying to coherently explain the "rebuild as sequel" theory.
As for the "Kaworu and Ramiel" stuff, that was written by UrsusArctos, Reichu. I don't think it was discussed enough on the forums and does mean "untested theory pluggin'". I don't understand what sense it makes and if you don't think it makes sense either I'd rather take it down, if everyone else doesn't think it jives. --V 20:22, 21 January 2008 (PST)
I've just read UrsusArctos' old "Kaworu as John the Baptist" thread: Ramiel is mentioned in a tangent that comes up. It is not a thoroughly developed idea, that is, it was never fully presented as such and at the least should have been split off from the "Kaworu as John the Baptist" theory, to which is isn't really related. --V 20:44, 21 January 2008 (PST)
