"Neon Genesis Evangelion 64" (actually simply titled "Neon Genesis Evangelion") is a video game for the Nintendo 64 based on Neon Genesis Evangelion, which was released in 1999. The game is actually a fairly accurate walkthrough of the events of the actual series, with each level based on an episode and playing out like its own mini-game.
