Masahiko Otsuka

Masahiko Otsuka (大塚 雅彦) was an episode director for the Evangelion TV Series as well as being credited for Cast Coordination for the End of Evangelion. Otsuka has worked on many other [[Gainax] works such as FLCL, Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi, Kare Kano, Mahoromatic, Diebuster (Aim for the Top 2), and Tengen Toppa Gurren-Lagann as an episode director or storyboard artist. He has also worked on other shows such as Fruits Basket (episode director), Whisper of the Heart (assistant director) and Petite Princess Yucie (director).
