SE <<>>	Reichu: This nerdy-looking fellow is Makoto Hyuga, one of the Command Center's main three operators, whose duties consist mostly of communicating data from the MAGI to the higher-ups. In other words, most of their lines are “Star Trek”-esque gobbledygook that no one can possibly hope to comprehend. There are actually other operators (besides these guys) who commandeer the lower decks of the Command Center where the MAGI actually sit, but they're just poor nameless redshirts who don't really matter. ::p
