Dr. Nick: Notice the scene transition trick here, with the sound effect (slap) from the next scene overwriting the expected audio (door slamming shut). This same slap transition was later used in Death to overwrite the gunshot in Kaji's death scene, which left the ADV English-language dubbing team flabbergasted.
