It's unforgivable!”	Zusuchan: Unless Nerv is super-creepy and thinks a random student best known for his association with one of the pilots is obviously necessary interview material, I'd say this is pretty big proof that for all the report aesthetics, this recap is very much a recap for the show at large and not that concerned about the in-universe implications. In a way, it makes me wonder why the recap was even made into a report for the Instrumentality Committee to begin with.
