That's supposed to be a quote from Hermes Conrad, right? Yer link's wrong :P As for my name, it's a play on the word "incisive", which means sharp or keen, and it's often used to refer to writing. The "is" on the end is a reference to Transformer naming like "Cyclonus" and "Rodimus Prime". It did start out as the name of a Transformers fanchar, but now it's taken on a life of its own. Nor was I. But I'm almost alone on that: the fandom as a whole *loved* it. I disliked the movie because it focused too much on the humans (though I know the reasons why), and was generally loud and obnoxious with the TFs not having much personality. And "Sympathy for the Devil" is a rockin' song, though I associate it now with an AMV a friend made, which used the song as a tribute to the great villains of American and Japanese animation. Starscream had literally one line of dialogue, but they force me to sit through half an hour of PAINFUL dialogue from a moronic "special agent" character, while another Transformer's maximum screentime was devoted to a urination joke? Didn't they realize that if you make a film aimed at fans of a show that aired 10-20 years ago, don't insert humor for 5 year olds? And then, why fill it with so many masturbation/sex jokes? The whole thing was a fusion of Michael Bay (Director) and Steven Spielberg (producer)...and not in any wholesome SilverBolt way; dear god, I mean Spielberg's approach is to have "everyday kids from suburbia affected by great extraordinary adventures (this can work and even be mature if handled well), and Michael Bay's formula is to focus on military characters and experts: so what was their plan for this? shoehorn both narrative formats into each other and have both the suburban everyteenager character and military characters, resulting in not enough real development or screentime for EACH set of characters, while depriving time from the Transformers.....er, but I digress....(sorry the forums are down and I had nowhere to vent this; I just saw it Sunday and I still feel....dirty...btw, where do I find this AMV?--V 15:03, 24 August 2007 (ED
