	181	IBUKI (OFF):“Because of the Angel's radio disturbance, the target has been lost.”	Mr. Tines: Presumably,(re-)entry ionization causing the expected blackout. UrsusArctos: Background dialogue in Cut 195 gives an estimate for impact at 120 minutes, and that is a while after this scene, but reentry for the Shuttle and Soyuz usually takes place in a matter of minutes. I guess Sahaquiel itself really is generating the radio interference. What's funny is that Sahaquiel is one of the largest Angels and somewhere close to a kilometer in width. Optical telescopes on the ground could easily spot something that huge in Low Earth Orbit.
	182	MISATO (OFF):“We can't determine the exact location, but based on the data up until we lost it, the estimated point of impact calculated by the Magi”

Looks like someone forgot that the interior of a plug is filled with LCL - unless Asuka's player is somehow waterproof! Dr. Nick: Well, if the supposed liquid is never normally depicted as such after the start-up sequence, what's the harm? But it bears repeating that the way LCL behaves as a plug-filler medium is one of the most nonsensical things in the whole show. It's Futurama-levels of whacked.

	207	MISATO (OFF):“My father was a man who lived for his research, for his dreams, to the exclusion of all else. I could never forgive him for that.”
	208	MISATO (OFF):“I even hated him.” SHINJI (MONO):“Just like my father.”
	209	MISATO (OFF):“He never took care of me, my mother or the family. His friends always said he was very sensitive and delicate. But the truth was that he was just a weak person running away from reality, the reality called his family. He was like a kid. I readily agreed with my mother when she decided to divorce him, because she was always crying. It seemed to have come as a shock to him, but at the time, I laughed at him because I felt he'd brought it on himself.”	UrsusArctos: Gendo and Dr. Katsuragi have a lot in common, and the "weak person running away from the reality called his family" description fits Gendo to a T. Of course, this is difficult to spot in Gendo because of his cold, harsh exterior shell, but it turns out to be evident by the end. Shinji and Misato, likewise, have more in common than is otherwise evident, and it's easy to see from this scene why Misato truly is Evangelion's deuteragonist.
	210	MISATO (OFF):“But he sacrificed himself to save my life”

	212	MISATO:“Back during the Second Impact. Then, I didn't know whether I hated him or loved him. The only thing that was clear to me was I wanted to destroy the Angels who caused the Second Impact. So in order to do that, I joined Nerv. In the end, maybe I just want to”
	213	MISATO:“get revenge on my father,”
	214	MISATO (OFF):“so that I can free myself of him.”	UrsusArctos: The various shots of Shinji's past and facing Eva-01 actually hint at the opposite. Misato says she wants revenge for her father so she can be free of him. However, as much as Shinji hates his father (like Misato hated hers), he's seeking to connect to the father who abandoned him. The last shot of Gendo's back with the French and Russian Seele committee members is out-of-place and weird: Shinji never meets the committee, and what relevance would they have to him? Zusuchan: I feel like these various shots are a slight tease of the show getting darker and closer to the strange, dark weirdness usually associated with Eva.
