Neon Genesis Evangelion, the TV series, movies and mangas, its characters, games, and all supplimental material is owned and copyrighted by Studio Gainax and Studio Khara. The TV series is licensed by ADV Films, the movies are licensed by Manga Entertainment, the Sadamoto manga is licensed by Viz Media and the Angelic Days Manga is licensed by ADV Manga.
The copyrighted material used in the NGE Fan-Geeks Project are used under the Fair Use Policy in that it being used for non-profit educational purposes and can not be used as a replacement of the material in question or infringe upon any potential market of this material nor its value.
