End of Evangelion Psalms is a 1997 book by Gainax apparently authored by Anno. It is a collection of stills and storyboards from EoE with past dialogue from the series inserted into them for thematic relevance. In keeping with Eva's usage of religious symbolism, a psalm can be referred to as:

1. (religion, music) A sacred song; a poetical composition for use in the praise or worship of God. 2. One of the hymns by David and others, collected into one book of the Old Testament, or a modern metrical version of such a hymn for public worship. It doesn't have any new information per se, but has interesting thematic considerations with authoral backing. It thus can be considered as Tier Two canon.

Example page. This compares Asuka and Shinji's choking scene to their kiss scene from Episode 15, by reinserting their dialogue in there.
