Carl Gustav Horn is the editor of the Neon Genesis Evangelion manga for the English language. He has worked in editing and localization of several manga and anime, including several Eva spin-offs such as Shinji Ikari Raising Project, as well as several other Gainax works like Gunbuster and Wings of Honneamise, plus several other anime and manga.
