IBUKI:“Yes, the fact that the conversion efficiency
is 0.008 lower than our
theoretical value concerns me.”
dzzthink: 0.008 off the theoretical value seems like a scientifically acceptable margin of error.
UrsusArctos: No. It's an absolute value, and like the operator says in the next cut, it's barely within their tolerance limit. Even if 0.008 was a fraction, there are several processes where a deviance of 8 in a 1000 would be wholly unacceptable.
