Seeds of Life are life giving aliens created by the First Ancestral Race with a mission to populate the galaxy. They are transported to planets within vessels dubbed "Moons". Adam and Lilith, the only Seeds that we see in the series, procreate Angels and Lilim respectively. All Seeds of Life are paired with a Spear of Longinus.
